IP Key China Delivers Keynote Speech at the 2023-2024 Annual Top Ten Cases Announcement

The 2023-2024 Annual Top Ten Cases Announcement, organised by the Quality Brands Protection Committee (QBPC) of CAEFI, was concluded on 23 April in Beijing. The Announcement provides insights into the advancements of judicial developments in China.

This year, Gyta BERASNEVIČIŪTĖ-SINGH, the project leader of IP Key China, delivered a keynote speech, highlighting the pivotal role of international cooperation in IP protection and enforcement. She emphasised the necessity of legal certainty and a stable, predictable IP environment for EU companies doing business with or in China. Additionally, she stressed the importance of increased awareness and access to important court judgments.
