The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) is the EU’s leading organisation in the fight against counterfeits. It hosts the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights, an integral part of the EUIPO, consisting of a network of experts and specialist stakeholders tasked with enforcement and outreach and knowledge services to protect and promote IP rights and support those directly engaged in enforcement.

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) promotes the convergence of trade mark and industrial design practices at the international level. Its aim is to simplify the application and registration process for users of the IP system within the EU and beyond.
