IP judicial training program with the Supreme People's Court in the EU

The European Commission and the Supreme People’s Court, with the technical support of IP Key, will partner in the organisation of a two-week advanced judicial training program in France (Strasbourg) addressed to judges of the IP Courts. 

The program will be implemented by the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg (www.ceipi.edu) and will host contributions from specialised judges of national EU IP courts as well as senior academics and practitioners, addressing cross-subject procedural issues in the adjudication of IP disputes. 

The program is set to include field visits to IP courts, comparative sessions and a mock trial, adopting peer-to-peer, interactive and practical approach.
