IP Key China facilitates SPP’s participation at EIPPN meeting

Thanks to the coordination of the IP Key China, EU-funded project implemented by EUIPO, a Chinese delegation of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China (SPP) will attend Geneva, Switzerland, for a two-day meeting with the European Intellectual Property Prosecutor’s Network (EIPPN).

The EIPPN, co-chaired by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (EUROJUST), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), will take place on 12 and 13 September 2024. This annual International Workshop on IP Crime Prosecution will bring together prosecutors from EU Member States and representatives of prosecutors from non-EU countries. They will share cases and join discussions on the importance of international cooperation in IP prosecution.
