Malaysia joins DESIGNview
As of 8 November 2021, the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) has made its industrial designs available to the DESIGNview search tools.
With the addition of more than 39.000 industrial designs from MyIPO, DESIGNview provides information and access to more than 18.2 million designs in total.
Since the introduction of DESIGNview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served more than 6,8 million searches from 163 different countries, with the UK, Germany and China among the most frequent users.
The integration of MyIPO in DESIGNview is a concrete result of the IP Key South-East Asia programme directed by the European Commission and implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
