Meeting between South-East Asian Judges and the IP Key SEA Team at the IP Case Law Conference (IPCLC) in Alicante

On 29 and 30 April 2024, IP Key SEA organised a meeting between the project team and eight judges and senior legal officials during the 5th EUIPO IP Case Law Conference (IPCLC) in Alicante, Spain. This meeting coincided with the 30th anniversary of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

The conference provided a forum to exchange best practices on IP and to discuss the challenges posed by the current high-tech environment. The secondary meeting helped provide further potential collaborations on intellectual property enforcement between IP Key and the judicial authorities.
