Thailand joins DESIGNview

As of 07 December 2023, the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) Ministry of Commerce Thailand has made its design data available to the DESIGNview search tool.

With DIP Thailand on board of DESIGNview, the tool now contains data from 77 participating offices.

With the addition of more than 74.000 Designs from DIP Thailand, DESIGNview now provides information and access to more than 21.1 million Designs in total.

Since the introduction of DESIGNview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served more than 7.8 million searches from users worldwide, with United States, Germany, United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong SAR China and Italy, among the most frequent visitors.

The integration of DIP Thailand in DESIGNview is a concrete result of the EU funded project called IP Key South-East Asia (IP Key SEA), which is directed by the European Commission and implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
