IP Key China Stakeholders Meeting held in Beijing

In the IP Key China stakeholders meeting that took place on 18 April, representatives from Chinese government agencies, EU institutions and embassies, academics, industry leaders, IP experts as well as other key stakeholders came together to discuss the significance of international cooperation in intellectual property (IP) matters.

Featuring two insightful panels, the meeting addressed topics “An Open and Concerted Approach to Strengthen the IP Landscape” and “How to address the existing and forthcoming challenges of e-commerce”.

The 2024 IP Key China stakeholders meeting to be held in Beijing

The stakeholders’ meeting on EU-China intellectual property rights (IPRs) will take place on 18 April in Beijing. This event aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among key stakeholders in intellectual property organisations and communities.

Focusing on the importance of EU-China cooperation in IPR matters, this event promises to bring together policymakers, academics, industry leaders, IP experts and other key stakeholders from the EU and China to exchange ideas, share best practices and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Celebrating Women’s Achievements in IP : IP Key China Delivers Opening Speech

The IP Key China project took centre stage at the sixth conference on women’s achievements in intellectual property held on 12 March 2024 delivering an opening speech.

The conference, organised by the China Anti-Infringement and Anti-Counterfeiting Alliance (CAASA), served as an important platform for recognising and celebrating women’s accomplishments in the field of IP.

The project leader, Gyta Berasnevičiūtė-Singh, emphasised the pivotal role women play in shaping the intellectual property landscape.
