The Study on China’s Patent System, introduced by IP Key China, is composed of three parts. One is the Study on Bad Faith Patent Application, another is on Patent Invalidation System and the third is the Study on Utility Model Patent System of China.
IP Key China held its closing event on 7 July 2022. It attracted the interested stakeholders from government agencies, international organisations, businesses and IP service providers of EU and China. In line with the work plan, this current phase of IP Key China will conclude on 31 August 2022.

On 23 May, IP Key China held the Seminar on the Specialised Litigation Procedures for IP Cases in partnership with the Supreme People’s court of China (SPC), bringing together judges from courts in EU Member States and China to exchange practices and experiences. This activity followed the Forum on the Comparative Approach to Judiciary Procedures that took place last September.
