Latest Report Published by IP Key

IP Key is pleased to announce the publication of its latest report - Creating a "model" utility model patent system: A comparative analysis of the utlity model patent systems in Europe and China. The report is based on activities conducted in partnership with China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and the support of representatives of the patent offices in Austria, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany and Italy.

The report suggests that it is possible to create a useful legal, policy, and institutional framework based on an understanding of the statutory, procedural, and institutional composition of utility model systems; reasons behind the composition, including any revisions to, and usage of, these systems.
