Workshop on the new European Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court

The Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court are the building blocks which will supplement and strengthen the existing centralised European patent granting system. They will offer users of the patent system a cost-effective option for patent protection and dispute settlement across Europe.

IP Key China, the European Patent Office and CNIPA co-organised a one-day workshop where details of the new European patent system will be disclosed. Please consult the agenda for detailed information.
