23rd EU-China IP Working Group Meeting
The 23rd meeting of the EU-China IP Working Group was held on 14 January at the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM) in Beijing. Established in 2005 at the EU-China Summit, the group was set up to support the EU-China IP Dialogue. IP Key China study: Lessons from the EU experience with memoranda of understanding in tackling the online sale of counterfeit goods
Earlier this year, the IP Key China team commissioned a study to look at how applicable the memorandum of understanding approach might be to the online anti-counterfeiting drive in China.
