Trade Secret Systems in the EU and China: Study
IP Key China has requested a comparative study on the functioning of the Chinese trade secret system following the implementation of the amended Anti-Unfair Competition Law (AUCL) in 2019 and how it might be improved. The study is divide in three main parts:
- Review of the changes made to the trade secret law and practice in China since 2017
- Analysis of how the changes are working in practice
- Examination of how the law and its enforcement could be improved
