With a diverse agenda ranging from academic debates to social events, the congress focused on the significance of protecting IP for economic growth and development in the region.

IP Key LA, in conjunction with the Delegation of the European Union in Mexico, presented three panels within the International Forum of Publishers and Book Professionals at the Guadalajara International Book Fair 2023 on the 28th and 29th of November. Over 400 people attended and showed a keen interest in the three sessions.
IP Key LA was present in the sixth phase of Operation 404, an international action against piracy aimed at suppressing crimes committed against intellectual property on the internet.
The action is part of an internationally integrated mobilization coordinated by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (National Secretariat of Public Security of Brazil), the Civil Police of Brazil, and Law Enforcement Agencies from the United Kingdom, Peru, the United States, and Argentina.

Mexico is preparing to end 2023 with an event that is of great importance for intellectual property (IP). From 3-6 December, Mexico City will be the stage for the XXII Congress of ASIPI, the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property. The Presidente InterContinental Hotel will serve as the headquarters for this congress, which promises to bring together numerous participants from various fields.
