IP Key LA to Host Virtual Seminar on Industrial Design Rights

Organised by IP Key LA with the support of the EUIPO and IP offices from France and Spain, the activity aims to improve administrative procedures for the protection of industrial designs and to promote the benefits and advantages of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs.

This virtual workshop starts with two sessions to provide participating LA IP offices with EU strategies and best practices and facilitate the exchange of practices that could be implemented in their daily procedures.

The third session is open to the public and takes place on July 24, 2020. The session will highlight the advantages and particularities of the Hague Agreement and share the experiences of some countries (EU, Spain, Mexico) of this Agreement.
