2024 (7th) EU-China Conference on IPR Protection Online & Innovation
In partnership with the Anti-Infringement and Anti-Counterfeiting Alliance (CAASA), IP Key China is organising a hybrid conference on IPR protection online and innovation, to be held in Shanghai on 31 May 2024. European participants will be able to join online via Zoom. Representatives from e-commerce platforms, IP rights owners and enforcement professionals will discuss IP rights protection and enforcement in e-commerce, exploring experiences and the latest trends in IP protection in the e-commerce marketplace.
The conference aims to promote policy discussions on IP protection among Internet intermediaries by sharing good practices and insights in the following four panels:
- The importance of societal governance in IP protection between Europe and China.
- Analysis of infringement and counterfeit cases on e-commerce platforms.
- Technology innovation of IP protection in practice.
- Good practices of IPR enforcement online and offline in Europe and China.
