IP Key SEA and ARISE+ IPR Project Leader Tiago Guerreiro outlined the key IP enforcement tools and databases currently in use in the EU during a Southeast Asia IPR SME Helpdesk webinar on enforcement held on 17 April. The webinar and presentation materials are available for download here.
On 22-23 April 2019, IP Key together with the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO), the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural affairs (MARA) and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration (NFGA), in cooperation with UPOV, co-organised seminars successfully in Beijing.
IP Key LA is organizing a new edition of its Roving Seminar for SMEs, this time aimed to Andean countries. The activities will take place in May 2019 in Lima, Quito and Bogota.
The events are aimed at European and local SMEs and seek to disseminate best practices in the use of IP assets for the development of their businesses, as well as publicizing the mechanisms of use and protection of IPR available to them.
